International Shipping
We ship to most international locations. Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes, which are not included in the checkout price.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size, and are displayed at checkout. Orders over USD 500 ship complimentary.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to factors beyond our control (customs, carrier issues). If you experience issues, contact info@hikarinoyami.com and we will assist to the best of our ability.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not process returns unless the reason is valid.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@hikarinoyami.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
